Silly Sausage can tell players to Twist Me, Shake Me, Dip Me, Stretch Me or Poke Me. Each command requires a different movement, so players need to listen to what the sausage says and respond with the correct action as quickly as they can.

The 10 games provide different reaction challenges using the same five commands. Silly Sausage can be played by one person trying the challenges alone or with family and friends in multiplayer games.
