ToyTown Toys Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Same day dispatch on standard and courier orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 1 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are sent the next working day.
Next working day delivery for express orders placed before 1 pm

Delivery Area

We offer fast, reliable nationwide delivery across Ireland. At the moment, we don’t ship outside of Ireland.

Delivery Timeframe

Most standard orders arrive within 1 to 4 working days, DPD Courier deliveries within 1 to 2 days. At busy times of the year (like Christmas), delivery may take 4 to 7 Days for standard post, and 3 to 6 days for DPD Courier delivery.

Express delivery with DPD Couriers: €9.99
Bulky item delivery with DPD Couriers: €12.99
Free delivery on orders over €50
