ToyTown Toys Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Changing Your Mind (14 Day Cooling Off Period)
If you order online or by phone, you have 14 calendar days from the day your order arrives to change your mind for any reason. Let us know within that time and return the items within another 14 days.
2. How to Cancel or Return
Email us at sales@toytown.ie within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know. Once you’ve contacted us, send the items back in their original condition and packaging.
3. Return Costs
You cover the cost of returning items unless we’ve agreed to cover it (for example, if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product).
4. Condition of Items
Please return items in good condition. If an item has been used then we need to check if it is damaged, we may reduce your refund to cover the loss in value.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll sort it. Depending on the issue, that could mean a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund. For major faults found within 30 days of delivery, you can choose a refund straight away.
6. Refunds
We’ll process your refund within 14 days of getting your return (or proof it’s been sent back). Refunds go back to the original payment method.
7. Items You Can’t Return
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or custom made items
- Sealed items opened for hygiene reasons
- Digital content that’s been downloaded or streamed with your consent
8. Delivery Problems
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (and no later date was agreed), you can cancel and get a full refund including delivery charges.
