The Rolly Minitrac New Holland is a foot to floor ride on designed for children aged 18 months to 4 years. Children move the tractor using their feet while steering from the seat, with Rolly recommending it for children approximately 68 to 104 cm tall. The bonnet opens to reveal a storage compartment underneath for carrying small toys and other suitable items.

The shaped body has an ergonomic contour and knee recess to provide space for the child's legs while moving the tractor. Stub axle steering gives the front wheels an optimised turning circle, while the steering wheel includes a horn. Low noise wheel tread bands help reduce rolling noise during use.
