Ravensburger Portrait of the Earth 2 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

Product Description

The Ravensburger Portrait of the Earth 2 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle features a detailed world map created by The Future Mapping Company. The design uses the Winkel Tripel projection, a mapping method developed to reduce distortion in area, direction and distance while giving the oceans and landmasses a distinctive curved appearance.

The map uses bold, clear place names across countries, continents and oceans, creating a detailed geographical image across the 1000 piece puzzle. The completed puzzle measures 70 × 50 cm and the box measures 5.5 × 33.5 × 25.5 cm. Ravensburger uses extra thick cardboard combined with a fine linen structured paper surface to reduce glare, and the puzzle is suitable for ages 12 years and above.
