The collection was edited by Boldizsár M Nagy, illustrated by Lilla Bölecz and translated into English by Anna Bentley. Originally published in Hungary, the English edition was published by Farshore in October 2022 and won an English PEN Translates Award.

The hardback edition contains 192 pages and measures approximately 16.6 x 23.9 cm. HarperCollins recommends the book for readers aged 8 to 12 years.
